Provider

The SiteLift service is provided by MK Estate Invest d.o.o., Ulica Stanka Brenčiča 14, 2250 Ptuj, Slovenia, VAT ID: SI73308331, email hello@sitelift.si.

The service and the preview

SiteLift builds a renovated version of your website and sends you a link to a working preview. The preview is free and non-binding: if you don’t like it, we take it down and no obligations arise for you.

Price and payment

The price of the renovated site is €600 + VAT, payable only after your written approval of the preview (an email is sufficient). There is no deposit.

The price includes a site of up to six pages, copy based on your content, a mobile-friendly layout, an English translation, basic search engine optimisation and the launch itself. Minor tweaks before going live are included at no extra charge.

Hosting and domain

Hosting with us is optional and costs €50 + VAT per year. We can also publish the site to your existing hosting. In every case, the domain remains yours.

Rights to the finished site

Until the full price is paid, the preview remains the property of the provider. Upon payment, the rights to the finished site pass to the client. If you decide against the site, we take the preview down.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ptuj.
