Data controller

What we collect

Through the preview request form we collect two pieces of data: your email address and the address of your current website. The form asks for nothing else.

When you visit the site, the server automatically records basic technical data about the request (IP address, time of access, requested URL). These logs serve solely the security and operation of the site.

Purposes and legal bases

We use the form data solely to prepare the preview of your new website and to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the site (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Processors

Two processors help us run the site: Resend, Inc. for email delivery and Vercel, Inc. for hosting. Any transfers of data outside the EU rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

We keep form data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no cooperation follows, we delete it. You can also request deletion at any time — an email to hello@sitelift.si is enough.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies and contains no analytics or advertising tools.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you may object to processing. Send your request to hello@sitelift.si; we reply without undue delay.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (www.ip-rs.si).
